Having previously worked for various multi-national FMCG companies, and being awarded the Customer Service Award from one of these companies, I decided to use my customer service skills by joining the EarlGrey family in May 2011 as an intern agent. My one year internship was duly completed during the first half 2012. The required NQF 4 was completed during December 2012. I wrote and passed my PDE 4 in September 2014. I completed the NQF 5 course during December 2017 and subsequently been issued a Certificate of Competence for NQF 5. . I was the Top Agent for 2013 and 2017 and 2018, and runner up for 2014 / 2015 / 2016. During the eight years of being an agent, I have met some amazing buyers and sellers. As an agent, I am not area bound, having sold properties in various suburbs of the Roodepoort and Krugersdorp areas. I am a Full Status agent and in possession of a valid FFC from the EAAB. I was born in 1976 and grew up in Potchefstroom. After school we moved to Krugersdorp, and got married during 2000. From this marriage, I have two wonderful children who attend school at Protearif and Monnas. In 2004 I started to work in the property industry, and became an intern estate agent during 2007. My NQF 4 was completed in December 2012. I provide my clients with professional service and love my real estate career as my passion is, and always has been, to deliver the very best service in an upright and transparent manner to every client I have had the privilege of working with. I am Krugersdorp born and bred, having grown up in Chancliff and attended school in Munsieville until I completed my matric. Whilst looking for a property for myself and my family through the agency of EarlGrey Properties, the idea of selling property came to mind. During March 2017 I approached EarlGrey Properties to become a part-time intern agent, and was welcomed into their family. I worked as a part time agent whilst working full time as a Deputy Director: Strategy Planning within the a South African Police Service. During January 2020, I gave up my 18 years’ service with the Police to realise my dream of becoming a full time agent with Earl Grey Properties.
Being an Agent is fulfilling as I get to meet different clients with different property needs! I’m at peace knowing I am assisting my clients with getting out of difficult situations, acquiring their dream homes or just moving to a more comfortable place to raise their kids.
When taking out clients, or selling properties, you are assured of my attention at all times. I am fluent in English, Afrikaans, Tswana and Northern Sotho. I matriculated from Jan Viljoen High School in Randfontein at the end of 1965. After school, I worked in various positions in the justice department and financial world. My interest in property was peaked after doing some developments with my husband, Bill Greyvenstein. I completed my EAAB exams in 1980 whilst working as an estate agent on the West Rand. With the change in EAAB rules, I completed by NQF 5 and received the necessary SAQA accreditation through iSeleSele. The EAAB bestowed me the title of Master Practitioner in Real Estate as a result of the NQF 5 and PDE 5 qualification. EarlGrey Properties CC was started by myself and Annette Earl around 1995. Annette left the agency during 2006 and I am currently the sole member. I have been selling property in the Krugersdorp and Roodepoort areas since the late 70’s. My spare time is spent in front of the easel or up in the air. I have had my Private Pilot’s Licence for many years, and have taken part in my 24th air race in May 2017. Through a worldwide programme of the American Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) I have introduced over 500 children to aviation by taking them for their first flight at my own expense.

I have lived in the Krugersdorp area all my life, having matriculated from St Ursula's Convent in Krugersdorp North. My late husband, Neville Wienand was in partnership with Frank Eksteen. When Neville opened Frank Eksteen Estate in Monument, I left the nursing profession in 1971 to become an estate agent, working with Neville.
After the death of my husband, I joined Seeff Properties where I worked for many years, before joining EarlGrey Properties in Noordheuwel some 10 years ago.
During my time as an estate, some of my clients have become dear friends of mine.

My career as estate agent started in the 80's at Van Aswegen Estates. We canvassed in areas that were allocated to you. I wrote my EAAB exam and passed. I left with the birth of my 3rd child. Being in our own business I stayed in touch with property deals and lawyers. When I decided to get back into real estate, I was referred to EarlGrey Properties and joined during September 2010, and have been with them ever since.
